LOAN APPLICATION
LOAN APPLICATION GUIDELINES
- Proof of income (for both individuals if joint application)
- Member of Del Met FCU in good standing
- Bill of sale with VIN for an auto loan
- Must have both signatures on joint loan disclosure before release of funds
- If faxing, signatures must be notarized before the release of funds
- A $15.00 late fee will be assessed after the 10-day grace period if no payment is made and the fee will be added to the end of the loan.
To submit, please download, print, and complete the application from the link below.
Once completed, the loan application can be faxed, scanned and emailed, or delivered to the credit union.

- Use caution when disclosing your account numbers, social security numbers, etc. to other persons.
- If someone calls you explaining the call is on behalf of the credit union and asks for your account number you should beware. Official credit union staff will have access to your information and will not need to ask for it.
- Keep your information with us current.
